If we haven't submitted yet, the date is easy to update. WhatsApp us with the new date. If your application is already with Vietnam Immigration, the date on the eVisa is locked, but the 90-day validity window from your original entry date still applies. Most travelers can shift their actual flight within that window without needing a new visa.
First, check your spam and promotions folders. The PDF arrives from a noreply address that some inboxes filter. If it's still not there beyond your processing window (4 to 8 business days), message us with your reference number and we'll resend or chase it with Vietnam Immigration directly.
